At Badr Al Arab, we offer Gift Cards as a convenient and flexible way for you to share the beauty of Arab craftsmanship with friends, family, and colleagues. Our Gift Card policy ensures that both buyers and recipients understand the terms and conditions associated with purchasing and using Badr Al Arab Gift Cards. Please read the following policy carefully to fully understand how our Gift Cards work and to ensure compliance with our overall policies.

1. Purchasing a Gift Card

  • Gift Card Availability: Badr Al Arab Gift Cards are available for purchase exclusively through our website and mobile app. Gift Cards are offered in various denominations starting at $25, and can be purchased in USD.

  • Types of Gift Cards:

    • Digital Gift Cards: Sent directly to the recipient's email address.

    • Physical Gift Cards: Shipped to the recipient’s physical address (shipping fees apply based on location).

  • Payment Methods: Gift Cards can be purchased using any of the accepted payment methods on our platform, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal.

  • Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Using a Gift Card

  • Where to Use: Badr Al Arab Gift Cards can be redeemed only on our platform, www.badralarab.com, and within our mobile app.

  • Redemption: Gift Cards can be applied towards the purchase of any item on the platform, including items on sale. To redeem a Gift Card, the recipient must enter the Gift Card code at checkout.

  • Partial Redemption: If the total order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method. If the total order amount is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card for future use.

  • Multiple Gift Cards: Multiple Gift Cards can be used in one transaction, provided their combined value covers the total order amount.

  • Restrictions:

    • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

    • Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for shipping, taxes, or duties unless otherwise specified in special promotions.

3. Gift Card Expiration and Balance

  • Expiration: Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will be forfeited after the expiration date.

  • Checking Balance: The balance of a Gift Card can be checked at any time by logging into the recipient’s Badr Al Arab account and entering the Gift Card code in the designated section on our website or mobile app.

  • No Cash Value: Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or any equivalent, unless required by law. The Gift Card holds no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

4. Loss, Theft, or Fraud

  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Badr Al Arab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. In such cases, the value of the card will not be replaced unless required by law.

  • Fraud Prevention: We take fraud prevention seriously. Any fraudulent activity involving the purchase or use of Gift Cards will result in immediate cancellation of the Gift Card, and the user’s account may be suspended or terminated. Legal action may also be taken in cases of fraud.

5. Returns and Exchanges on Purchases Made with Gift Cards

  • Return Policy: Items purchased using a Gift Card are subject to Badr Al Arab's Return Policy. If a return is approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original Gift Card used for the purchase or as Wallet Credit if applicable.

  • Non-returnable Items: As per our Return Policy, certain items such as personalized products, final sale items, and customized orders cannot be returned. Therefore, Gift Cards used to purchase these items will not be refunded.

6. Cancellation of Orders Paid with Gift Cards

  • Order Cancellation: Orders paid with a Gift Card can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If an order is canceled after this period, the Gift Card will not be refunded.

7. International Use and Currency

  • International Use: Badr Al Arab Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the currency they were purchased (USD). If the Gift Card recipient is outside of the USD zone, they will need to cover any additional fees related to currency conversion or international shipping.

8. General Terms and Conditions

  • Non-transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

  • Promotions and Discounts: Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated in a promotional campaign.

  • Legal Compliance: Gift Cards issued by Badr Al Arab are governed by local laws in the regions where we operate. Badr Al Arab reserves the right to modify the terms of the Gift Card program at any time to comply with applicable laws or company policies.
